Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Due to COVID delays, please allow up to 2 weeks minimum turnaround to recieve your order.
Our refunds are handled on a case by case basis. We offer credit at this time and no longer exchanges due to COVID.
