This establishment, helmed by renowned Chef Marcus Samuelsson, offers a vibrant dining experience that harmoniously blends delectable cuisine with a lively atmosphere. 

A Feast for the Senses

The evening commenced with a selection of appetizers that set the tone for an exceptional meal. Bridget opted for the Fried Calamari, a dish featuring tender calamari complemented by a sweet Thai chili and romesco sauce, delivering a delightful balance of heat and sweetness.

Daniel chose the Wings with Everything Sauce, a signature item known for its flavorful punch. The wings were perfectly cooked, offering a crispy exterior that encased juicy, tender meat, all enveloped in a sauce that lived up to its name. 

Adrianna selected the Roller Skate Ribs, pork ribs glazed with peach BBQ sauce and accompanied by a refreshing cabbage slaw. The ribs were succulent, with the sweetness of the peach BBQ sauce enhancing the savory meat, while the slaw provided a crisp, tangy contrast.

Main Course Delights 

For the main course, Bridget savored the Simply Grilled Lamb Chops, served with lamb jus, chimichurri, and mint. The lamb was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, with the chimichurri adding a vibrant, herbaceous note that elevated the dish.

Daniel enjoyed the Grilled 12 oz NY Strip Steak, accompanied by chimichurri, M1 sauce, and charred broccolini. The steak was expertly grilled, boasting a rich, robust flavor that was complemented by the zesty chimichurri and the savory M1 sauce, while the broccolini added a pleasant, slightly bitter contrast.

Adrianna indulged in the Hot Honey Salmon, featuring a tomato emulsion and seasonal vegetables. The salmon was perfectly seared, with a crispy exterior and a moist, flaky interior. The hot honey glaze provided a sweet and spicy kick that was beautifully balanced by the fresh, vibrant flavors of the tomato emulsion and the accompanying vegetables.

Cocktail Creations 

The evening was further enhanced by an array of creative cocktails. Bridget and Adrianna both enjoyed the Lychee Cosmo, a refreshing blend that offered a sweet yet tart flavor profile, making it a delightful accompaniment to their meals. Daniel opted for M's Block Party, a cocktail that lived up to its festive name, delivering a harmonious mix of flavors that was both invigorating and satisfying.
