RECIPE #1: NERVE STRESS RELIEF TINCTURE
This is a great tincture for high stress that is causing physical weakness.
INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp of HOPS
1 tbsp of PASSIONFLOWER
1 tbsp of SKULLCAP
BRANDY or VODKA (80 Proof)
DIRECTIONS
Place all of your herbs in a jar.
Pour in enough Brandy or Vodka to cover your herbs by 2 inches.
Cover the jar with a lid and leave in a warm shaded area. (I.E. cabinet, closet, etc.)
Let it sit for 4-6 weeks, shaking every other day or every 3 days.
After 4-6 weeks, strain herbs and take 1/2-1 tsp of the tincture every day.
Enjoy!
RECIPE #2: LEMON BALM TEA
This is a great tea blend for releasing energy blacks, relieving stress and increasing energy flow in the nervous system.
INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp of LEMON BALM
1 tbsp of CHAMOMILE
1 tbsp of HAWTHORN
1 tbsp of LEMON VERBENA
1 tbsp of ST. JOHN'S WORT
DIRECTIONS
Add all herbs in a fillable tea bag or directly into a pot.
Add boiling water.
Let steep for a minimum of 10 minutes.
If using a pot, strain herbs.
Add honey as a sweetener, lemon, or key lime. I do not recommend using sugar.

CHAMOMILE TEA
This is a great tea to enjoy to help soothe irritated nerves, relieve anxiety and stress, and to help you fall asleep.
INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp of CHAMOMILE
2 tbsp of LEMON BALM
1 tbsp of HAWTHORN
1 tbsp of SKULLCAP
DIRECTIONS
Add all herbs in a fillable tea bag or directly into a pot.
Add boiling water.

MILKY OATS TEA
This is a great tea blend for children! It will help soothe their nerves and also help them fall asleep.

2 tbsp of MILKY OATS
1 tbsp of CALIFORNIA POPPY FLOWERS
1 tbsp of CHAMOMILE
DIRECTIONS
Add all herbs in a fillable tea bag or directly into a pot.
Add boiling water.
Let steep for a minimum of 10 minutes.
If using a pot, strain herbs.
Add honey as a sweetener, lemon, or key lime. I do not recommend using sugar.

DEPRESSION RELIEF TEA
This is a great tea blend for people suffering from depression and/or grief.
INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp of HAWTHORN
1 tbsp of LEMON BALM
1 tbsp of MILKY OATS
1 tbsp of ST. JOHN'S WORT
DIRECTIONS
